11. SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Ace Consulting Group does not currently sell personal information in exchange for money. Based on our current Website practices, we also do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If these practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

12. DATA RETENTION

14. INTERNATIONAL USERS AND DATA TRANSFERS

Ace Consulting Group is based in the United States. If you access our Website or purchase services from outside the United States, your personal information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws in your country. Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

15. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Ace Consulting Group, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:

16. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy laws where those laws apply to Ace Consulting Group. These may include rights to request information concerning the collection and use of personal information, access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights relating to certain sales or sharing. Ace Consulting Group does not currently knowingly sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If California law requires us to honor an applicable browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will do so as required. Nothing in this section is intended to represent that every provision of the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to Ace Consulting Group if the business does not meet the law’s applicable thresholds.

17. EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA AND UNITED KINGDOM USERS

If European Union, EEA, or UK data protection laws apply to our processing of your information, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a universally adopted standard governing all Do Not Track signals, the Website may not respond to every traditional Do Not Track signal. Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will comply with that requirement.

21. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the Website, program platform, email, or another reasonable method where required. Your continued use of our Website after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
